Refund policy


Because it is a custom made product so we do not accept returns or exchange returns, except for items damaged during transit. Every time the order is generated, I will make samples and send pictures to you to communicate with you. I can modify the places you are not satisfied with until you are satisfied. After getting your consent, I will perform high temperature setting. If you have received the package without damage, you must not subjectively judge that the product is not good looking as a return standard. Every product is discussed with you and me, hand-crafted, not easy to make, and mutual understanding.

Refund (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must send us an email with pandahappyed@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product and attach a picture of the damaged item. After receiving the damaged item, we will ship it if there is one. If there is no replacement, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
