Production process

Production process.

1 When we receive your order, we will contact you within one week to confirm whether the picture file attached to the order is correct 

2 Confirm the production details, about clothing, hair, eye color, etc.

3Start making head sculpture, and send sample pictures to you for confirmation. During this period, you can propose changes, we will modify what you think is incorrect, send you the sample picture again until full confirmation.

4With your consent, we will bake the head, note that the baked part cannot be modified.

5 Make the body and hair together, repeat steps 3 and 4 until you are fully confirmed and we will bake again in its entirety. 

Notes

Within a week you have the right to cancel the order without incurring any costs, and after a week we start production and enter the billing mode. During the production process, you can make unlimited amendments until you are satisfied, and if there is no damage, loss, or damage after the order is sent, you will not be able to initiate a return for subjective reasons.  More return policies
